The load-bearing structure of houses built with the Framing system - also known in Europe as American houses or sandwich panel houses - is made up of a mixed system of massive spruce wood beams and prefabricated load-bearing walls (sandwich-type panels). These houses are increasingly appreciated in our country too, because such constructions are very easy, quick and economical to assemble. Since the sandwich walls are prefabricated in the manufacturer's workshop and assembled only on site, this construction system allows the assembly of a house directly on site in just 14-30 days (in the " Semi-finished " version).
The sandwich panels, which are part of the construction, are made of the best quality spruce timber, dried in a dryer, using beams and planks (dimensions: 140×140 mm, 140×70 mm, 140×50 mm) for the construction of the resistance structure and to obtain perfectly straight walls. The BARAT System type prefabricated panels are externally covered with 12 mm thick OSB 3 panels, the OSB panels are fixed to the wooden frame with CE certified pneumatic staples.
OSB (Oriented Strand Board) consists of thin, long wood chips arranged in three layers, arranged in a cross. This method of arrangement of the tiles, in addition to the high degree of overlap of the veneer strips, guarantees dimensional stability, rigidity and greater mechanical resistance. The special surface treatment with resin guarantees the waterproofness of the panel and greater resistance to humidity and fire. And the other wooden components are treated in the factory with fire-retardant, anti-aging, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic substances, the complex treatment gives the wood greater resistance against natural enemies and fires.
We work with water-based paints and colors from the German manufacturer REMMERS . The materials used to treat the wood are ecological, non-toxic and hypoallergenic.
After this phase, the panels are loaded onto the truck and transported to the construction site, where the prefabricated modules are lifted with the help of the crane and positioned on the concrete foundation, following the panel installation phase. The house is fixed to the foundation plate with the help of a special fastening system (with expandable anchors for concrete), without the need for iron whiskers for concrete fixed to the foundation.
The assembly of the sandwich panels and the assembly of the wooden frame takes place with the aid of special wood screws, staples and pneumatic nails HECO TOPIX , produced with CE certification. After the assembly of the prefabricated modules and the installation of the roof, the covering layer is installed (the one preferred by the beneficiary: ceramic tiles, metal tiles, tiles, etc.).
Inside, the sandwich panels are acoustically and thermally insulated with efficient, ecological and top quality insulating materials. We recommend Rockwool basalt mineral wool 100-150 mm thick to our customers. This insulation material has superior qualities of sound absorption, thermal insulation, fire protection, permeability, dimensional stability and durability.
The next insulation layer is a PE film which acts as a vapor barrier.
